— THE PROCESS

Complete documents.
5 to 7 business days.

Four steps from intake to signed estate plan. No billing surprises, no months of back-and-forth. Here is exactly what happens after you choose a package.

STEP ONE

Your documents aren't finished until they're properly executed. We walk you through exactly how to sign and notarize each document so everything is legally valid. For packages that include real property deeds, we prepare the Trust Transfer Deed so your property moves into the trust correctly.

Your complete document package is delivered.

STEP TWO

Choose your package and complete the intake form.

Select the plan that fits your situation — Estate Essentials, Estate Planning Vault, REI Estate Vault, or BOS Succession OS. Then complete our secure online intake form. It asks for the information your attorney needs to draft your documents: names, beneficiaries, assets, and your wishes for each.

STEP THREE

Your attorney reviews your intake and begins drafting.

The founding attorney personally reviews every intake before drafting begins. If anything is unclear or missing, she'll follow up directly by email, same day. Once your file is complete, document drafting begins immediately.

STEP FOUR

Sign, notarize, and your plan is in force.

Every document in your package arrives as a professionally prepared PDF, ready for execution. Your package includes all documents listed for your tier will, trust, powers of attorney, directives, deeds plus a cover letter explaining each document and what to do with it.
